Turning off stops new business delivery immediately. Participation changes propagate asynchronously; existing sites, accounts, gifts and history remain available.

Reports about your business's own customers
The planned reporting model limits customer information to people who participated at that business through campaign scans or qualifying GiftCrumbs activity. Each business sees its own interactions.
